Date / Time Menu
Date and time are required to set the timer for heating, cooling, or TPV. They are also needed for accurately recording error logs and for data sent to the online cloud.
If MiniHPC is connected to the internet via WiFi and the set year is no later than 2020, then upon displaying this menu page the current exact time will be downloaded from an available NTP server with the UTC+0 time zone (the menu will freeze for a few seconds while data is being downloaded from the NTP server). After downloading the exact time, simply set the correct hour according to the user's time zone.
MiniHPC has a clock backup powered by a CR2032 battery. Therefore, if power is lost, it is not necessary to reset the time.
MiniHPC does not have the ability to automatically adjust for daylight saving time. Therefore, you must adjust the time in this menu if such a change occurs.
