Heating Menu / 1.1 - Turn on/off heating by

This section of the menu is used to set the conditions for starting the heating.
– when this option is selected (it is set as default), the heating will start as soon as the heating is activated on the main menu page (activated button with a sun icon). – the heating will only start if the on/off thermostat, which is connected via cable to the S2, is turned on. – the heating will start as soon as MiniHPC detects the flow of heating water in the circuit. The flow is monitored according to the conditions set in the 8.1 Flow protection. A loss of flow will not trigger an error message, but the heating will be turned off. This option is used when MiniHPC is employed as a pre-heater for an existing heating system (e.g., an electric boiler) that has its own circulating pump and thermostat. – when this option is selected, the heating will be turned on/off according to the setting of in the 1.2 Control temperature by with the configured hysteresis, which will be displayed after choosing this option.Example: The room temperature T1 is set to 25°C and the hysteresis is 0.5°C. The heating will be turned on if the room temperature drops below 25°C and will be turned off if it exceeds 25.5°C.

When any of the above options is selected, the heating will only be activated if it is also enabled on the main menu page (activated button with a sun icon).
