Some air conditioner models allow limiting the maximum heating/cooling power at two levels: 70% and 50%. This function is supported, for example, by the Gree Clivia air conditioner in the IDU sim mode. For the PID mode, power limitation is available for all air conditioner models, and the frequency is reduced to 50% or 70% of the set maximum PID frequency.
– the air conditioner operates without any output limitation.
– the air conditioner will limit the output to approximately 70% of its maximum performance.
– the air conditioner will limit the output to approximately 50% of its maximum performance.
– the performance limitation will be restricted to a set time period. For example, if it is necessary to limit performance during the night.
The activated performance limitation will also be indicated in the status bar in the upper right corner by the icon 
.
